Shipping & Returns
Every part on Grabsters is sold by an independent US auto recycler. These terms apply to all orders placed on the site.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. The seller packs and hands the part to the carrier within 1–3 business days after your payment clears. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on the distance and the size of the part.
You choose the carrier at checkout. Shipping starts at $8.95, and the exact cost for the weight, size and your ZIP code is shown before you pay. Large items such as engines, transmissions, hoods, doors and windshields ship by freight; the seller may contact you to arrange delivery to a business address or a terminal.
As soon as the part ships you get a tracking number by email. Please inspect the package on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt.
Returns
You can return a part within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To start a return, contact the seller from your order page or reply to your order confirmation email. The seller will send you the return address and a return authorization number.
- The part must come back in the same condition it was sent: not installed, not disassembled or modified, with the seller's stickers, paint marks and tags intact.
- Pack the part as well as it was packed for you. Damage caused by poor packing on the way back can reduce the refund.
- You pay the return shipping, unless the part is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
Wrong, damaged or defective parts
If the part does not match the listing (wrong part number, side or condition), arrived damaged, or does not work, tell the seller within 30 days of delivery and include photos. The seller covers the return shipping and refunds the full price including the original shipping, or sends a replacement if you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after the seller receives and checks the returned part. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
Items that cannot be returned
- Parts that were installed, wired, painted, cut or otherwise altered.
- Electronic modules that were programmed or coded to a vehicle.
- Core charges, which are refunded separately when the seller receives your old core.
Before you buy
Used OEM parts fit best when the part number matches. Compare the part number printed on your old part with the one in the listing, check the model years and engine in the fitment list, and send the seller your VIN if you are unsure. It is the fastest way to avoid a return.
Questions
Contact the seller from the part page or your order. If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller, reply to your order confirmation email and the Grabsters team will help.
